... the Samaria Gorge!

A national park with a length of 16 km. It is crossed by foot. Good shoes and excellent physical condition is essential to tackle the Samaria Gorge.

7h step down (because yes, it's only down!) In the Gorges. I swear, it takes 3 days to recover. It is not difficult for the heart, but our legs and muscles must be strong! And the view, oh the view, it's worth the trip!

I'll post pictures soon of the Samaria Gorge that I faced on Saturday that I still have scars .... phew! I'm rackée! And so I'm leaving homestay this afternoon for a ride sharing and discovery. Tomorrow, Chania and Rethymnon. Friday, Agios Nicholaos, the small St Tropez they call. Saturday, we rented a car and we start to see the falls ..... do not stop!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to my manager to let me so much days off to enjoy Crete with Kim!

In fact, smaller travel mishap, Kim was robbed of his wallet today .... in a bus station. Now everything is set, but she can not leave the hotel until you receive a new card. Result? It is another week at the hotel! What a pity! :)

I have to leave the bus waiting for me, I'm going to meet an old lady who makes her own cheese feta .... I'll be back on it with pictures!

Cave of Zeus

short excursion to visit the Cave of Zeus.

According to mythology, Rhea, not wanting her husband, Cronus eats his wicked son, she would give birth to Zeus in the cave.

In one of our shows, I just play a scene where I portray Rhea exiting the cave with her newborn son Zeus. It was special for me to see the real cave.

It seems that the buttock 27 years. It seems to me that 27 years it starts to get old right? We are you supposed to have a stable job, children, a house and a dog at age 27?

Yesterday, I was dancing at the hotel and there was full of children dancing with their parents. Relatives of my age. Of Moms 27 years. And curiously, for the first time in my life, I found myself envying them. Almost envy them. OUCH! The mothers were 27 years of discussions with their children. And now a moment I wanted to have a child too. PHEW!!

I do not know why I said it all. Perhaps because tomorrow is my birthday. And I am aware of several things. Some things in life.

Anyway, for now, I look forward to my friend who is coming tonight.
