Julia Julia began talking in her bed at 5:30 this morning, but she went back to sleep until 6:45. We took a new routine since she is with us. La SAI est une société qui régule les agences d’adoption au Québec et pour émettre le certificat, immigration Québec doivent recevoir la confirmation de la SAI qui ne s’oppose pas à l’adoption.
